Where:

• status is 1 when a service is up and 0 when it is down
• carjam indicates if carjam website itself is running
• mvr indicates if the government's Motor Vehicle Register
• ppsr indicates if the government's Personal Property Securities Register is running
• alive indicates if all the services are up

Please note that you  should still handle error conditions appropriately from vehicle queries even if "availability" indicates everything is good.
